How do I return or exchange a product?

J E M M A stands by all of our products. For full-price merchandise shipped within the USA (excluding AK, HI, PR), we offer free returns or exchange within 14 days of purchase delivery. Product must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Sale items (discounts that are 20% or more), site-wide promotions and international orders cannot be returned for a refund. How do I clean my JEMMA bag?
