JEMMA stands by all of our products. For full-price merchandise shipped within the USA (excluding AK, HI, PR), we offer free returns or exchange within 14 days of delivery. The product must be in the exact same condition as they were received. Final sale* items (including major sale coupons ie. Black Friday/Cyber Monday) and international orders cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags and packaging. Your returned item must arrive at JEMMA no later than 14 days after your delivery date. Returns received past 14 days from delivery date will not be accepted. We appreciate your understanding.
*An item is considered a final sale if it is discounted 20% or more from its original retail price.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can personally assist you and sort out your problem as quickly as possible.
To return an item:
1) Email email@example.com and specify the reason for return.
2) We will revert with a return label. Re-seal the original packaging with the bag tag in place. Print and affix the return label on the exterior of the box over the original shipping label. Please make sure the box is sealed properly so it does not come apart during shipping. Provide the package to the shipping carrier for return shipping. Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.
