All domestic USA orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx and PO Box addresses ship via USPS.
For all international orders, shipping costs including taxes & duties are calculated and provided as an option at checkout (we highly recommend paying taxes & duties at checkout so there are no surprise charges at delivery).
Please note that orders that are placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. J E M M A is not responsible for lost items once a package has been delivered.
Returns
J E M M A stands by all of our products. For full-price merchandise shipped within the USA, we offer easy returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery date. Items returned outside this period will not be accepted.
NOTE: All Sale Items including any site-wide promotions eg. Black Friday Cyber Monday, Sample Sales and international orders are Final Sale.
To begin a return, exchange or store credit, please email returns@jemmabag.com with your 1) Order Number 2) Reason for Return 3) Choice of Return, Exchange or Store Credit. If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a manufacturing defect, a returns fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking fees. There are no fees for Exchange or Store Credit.
Product returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags, straps or packaging. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.
Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.
Once your return has been delivered to our returns center, it can take up to 14 business days for it to be processed and for your refund to be issued. The refund will go to the payment method used when originally placing the order.
