The TEA Box Bag is a stylish, understated top handle crossbody with a structured box silhouette, a nod to 1950s style with a modern twist.
The cross-body strap is adjustable and detachable and can be carried without a strap as a true top handle purse. The interior features our signature JEMMA removable card case, front pocket for easy access to essentials like sunglasses, lipstick, make up. There is also a back zip pocket, detachable key strap and a roomy interior that fits a small water bottle or notebook! The exterior features an easy access back pocket for your phone.

To begin a return, exchange or store credit, please email returns@jemmabag.com with your 1) Order Number 2) Reason for Return 3) Choice of Return, Exchange or Store Credit. If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a manufacturing defect, a returns fee of $25 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking fees. There are no fees for Exchange or Store Credit.
Product returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags, straps or packaging. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.
Please note we do not accept any liability if the product is lost or damaged during its return passage to us.
