Product returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags, straps or packaging. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

My first Jemma

Poppins in red crimson is my first purchase. The bag is very thoughtfully designed for a working woman carrying laptop - me 😀. It’s everything I wanted and been searching for a long long time. Thank you Jemma for thinking of this novel solution without making the bag look like a sac! My only request for upgrade, whenever there is one, feet at the base of the bag and slightly longer handle (maybe).

Great Bag!!

This bag is perfect for carrying your laptop and other essentials. I got it specifically because it could be used as a backpack or regular bag and found its size and organizational pockets perfect. It lays nicely on your back. The leather ihas a nice feel to it. I recommend this bag.

Exactly what I needed!

I have chronic lower back issues and have been struggling with pain using traditional laptop totes on one shoulder. I’ve also struggled to find a backpack that looks professional enough for my needs and wardrobe. But this Poppins bag checks off all of my boxes! I was worried the backpack straps would dig into me, but so far they have been quite comfortable. I am so happy to find this super versatile backpack tote!
