Shipping policy

All domestic USA orders ship via UPS or FedEx and PO Box addresses ship via USPS.

For all international orders, shipping costs including taxes & duties are calculated at checkout (we highly recommend paying taxes & duties at checkout so there are no surprise charges at delivery).

Please note that orders that are placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. JEMMA is not responsible for lost items once a package has been delivered.
