All domestic USA orders ship via USPS, UPS or FedEx and PO Box addresses ship via USPS.

For all international orders, shipping costs including taxes & duties are calculated and provided as an option at checkout (we highly recommend paying taxes & duties at checkout so there are no surprise charges at delivery).

    Please note that orders that are placed on Friday through Sunday will be processed on Monday. J E M M A is not responsible for lost items once a package has been delivered.

    Returns & Exchanges

    Extended Holiday Policy: To accommodate holiday gift-giving, qualifying returns & exchanges will be accepted through January 15, 2026 for all orders placed between November 20, 2025 and December 31, 2025.

    JEMMA stands behind the quality of our products. For full-price U.S. orders, we accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items sent back after this window cannot be accepted.

    Please note that all sale items - including sitewide promotions such as Black Friday / Cyber Monday, Sample Sales, and all international orders are Final Sale and not eligible for refund, return, or exchange.

    How to Start a Return (Full-Price Items Only)
    Email returns@jemmabag.com:

    1. Order Number
    2. Reason for Return
    3. Request: Return, Exchange, or Store Credit (no expiration)

    For returns that are not due to a manufacturing defect, a $25 return fee will be deducted to cover shipping and restocking. Exchanges and Store Credits have no fee.

    Returned items must be in original condition - unused, undamaged, and with all tags, straps, and packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the customer without refund.

    Once your return arrives at our returns center, please allow up to 14 business days for processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We are not liable for lost or damaged items during return transit.
