To begin a return, exchange or store credit, please email returns@jemmabag.com with your 1) Order Number 2) Reason for Return 3) Choice of Return, Exchange or Store Credit. If you return an item and the reason for return is not a result of a manufacturing defect, a returns fee of $20 will be deducted from your refund to cover shipping and restocking fees. There are no fees for Exchange or Store Credit.

Product returned must be in the exact same condition as they were received. We reserve the right to deny a refund if returned merchandise does not meet our requirements, i.e. found to be damaged, shows signs of wear, or is without original tags, straps or packaging. If your return is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund will not be issued.

This is the perfect wallet; it allows you to keep your money and cards well-organized and is made of high quality leather and hardware. There is also space for my pens and lip gloss. I also love that it converts to a mini purse and clutch.

Perfect for my needs!!!

This is the perfect size and compartments for my needs of cc slots, cell phone, a little bit of touch-up makeup, change and cash.

Super cute but small

I wanted a smaller wallet, keys and phone bag to fit inside my birdie 43 (the zipper pouch it comes with doesn’t have a chain or way to attach to a chain) so that I had a smaller option for when I travel but don’t need to bring the entire laptop size bag like out to dinner. It works for this but it only fit credit cards and my phone inside, things like rental car keys are too big and lipstick made it bulge too much because it’s pretty flat. Which is why I took 1 star off for being a bit too small to be practical. The back card slot is perfect for a hotel key card. Also, I wish it came in the same color as my birdie to match exactly. I got the red color which is way brighter than the burgundy my birdie is. Still very cute and the cloth bag it comes in makes it easy to tuck into my birdie without getting the chain tangled in with other things in the bag.
